Shipping Policy

Settled ships every order with tracking, and shipping is free in the United States. We do not ship outside the US today.

Where it ships from

Settled does not run a single warehouse. Each item ships from one of our partner warehouses — whichever holds your product closest to you. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed.

How long it takes

Door-to-door delivery is 8–15 days for most products. Some smaller items move faster, often arriving in 6–13 days. The shipping range for each product is shown on its page so you know before you buy.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email within 1–2 days of placing your order, and another email when the carrier scans it for the first time.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order is more than 20 days late, email hello@settled.world and we'll either reship the item or refund you in full — your choice.
