Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. We cover the return shipping cost.

How to start a return

Email hello@settled.world with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid shipping label within one business day.

The item should be unused and in its original packaging where possible. If something arrived broken or wrong, send us a photo — we'll refund or replace without asking you to ship anything back.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take another 3–5 days to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you'd rather swap the item for a different colour or size, mention that in your email and we'll arrange it without a separate return step.
